Big Daddy`s Cafe in Atlanta

Let me tell you about this place! The customer service we received was beyond exceptional, nothing but smiles and patience! The food was definitely good. Although I didn’t like the potato salad(too much mustard) and I didn’t get to try the desserts (they looked great), my meal was tasty! I definitely recommend stopping by and trying it for yourself! I will certainly be back.

I normally don't do reviews but I had to. I called a hr before closing and someone picked up the phone, took some time to say hello, put me on hold before I could respond, put someone else on the phone who instantly started talking to me without greeting me. After redirecting the convo I was advised they weren't taking anymore phone orders. My sister went to pick up the food and told me it was a bit chaotic inside as the staff seemed overwhelmed n were fussing at each other. The food was not good at all. I got turkey legs, mac n cheese n greens. Mac n cheese was runny with an overcooked top layer. The greens, turkey leg n rice was bland. Turkey leg meat was a bit tough although it fell off the bones. To top it off we got a fresh hot burnt corn bread muffin! First and last time eating from this place!

Great southern food, large platters , desserts and good prices. The staff is great. Definitely a go to when you what some great southern food.

I'm from Cincinnati and I come down here all the time, the food is great and the customer service is wonderful. I will drive 7hrs to get a dinner and drive back

THIS IS THE BEST SOUL FOOD I HAVE HAD ALL YEAR!!! I promise you the prices are typical mom and pop but the food is so ‘TO DIE FOR!’ This place is MUST! They are NOT stingy with their food and their are NOT overly pricey. I did not need to add any salt or pepper, the food was seasoned to PERFECTION! I would have to say that, “THEY PUT THEIR FOOT IN THAT!” I ate this food so slow because I wanted to savor EVERY bite. This is my new “GO TO” for comfort food close to home - and I live in Stone Mountain but will make the drive for this!

Me and wife came here for the first time, all we can say is we're full as a tick. We had their baked chicken and turkey wings with yams, mac and cheese, collards, potato salad and lemon cream cake. The food was delicious, couldn't eat all of it. Great prices!!!
